N: Sweet condensed fruits, lime, bananas [a Balblair-esque edge] and almost liqueur/syrup like [Grenadine]
T: Spice, more spice and pepper [a memory of Talisker 57 degrees]. Ok, now come bananas & limes and a hint of Cointreau/Baileys cream vibe. Burned oak is present.
F: Quickly drying with some sour notes. Pepper & spices linger but eventually mellow as sweet barley comes through.
C: Very reminiscent of Talisker [in its cask influence] with [spirit] notes of Balblair. The pepper spice is too dominant for me, but it’s good whisky all the same.
